About Jason

Jason Bredemann was born and raised in rural central Wisconsin, where hunting and fishing were a way of life. After harvesting his first deer at an early age with a bow, he was hooked on bowhunting and always will be. Jason’s love of the outdoors and real estate put him into a position to make a move to Northern Wisconsin in Central Price County, where he has resided since 2008. He appreciates all the outdoor opportunities that are right out his back door.Jason spends countless hours in the field, walking properties with buyers and sellers and listing recreational properties. He also hunts and fishes in the areas he represents. Jason has a vast knowledge of both the farmland areas and the giant timber tracts found in the Northwoods.Over the years, Jason has seen just about every obstacle that could arise when buying and selling properties. Through this experience, he has gained the knowledge necessary to guide buyers and sellers on the many potential concerns, including but not limited to managed forest law, easements and floodplains.Jason’s focus has been on recreational land/cabins, rural residential and waterfront properties throughout his career. He has gained a wealth of knowledge on the type of specific marketing and listing agent it takes to promote this type of real estate. The most rewarding part of his job is seeing the excitement of a buyer closing on their piece of paradise and a satisfied Seller. Jason lives near Phillips, Wisconsin, with his wife, son, daughter, and loyal dog. If he’s not out listing or selling a property, Jason can be found on the local lakes or exploring the woods.
