Jenny Anderson has been an integral part of LandGuys since joining the team in May 2015. With a sharp focus on operational excellence, Jenny oversees daily operations, including accounting, compliance, and the continuous improvement of organizational processes. Her ability to streamline workflows and optimize performance ensures that both LandGuys agents and clients receive unparalleled support.

Before joining LandGuys, Jenny built a well-rounded career that included roles in sales, marketing, financial reporting, tax preparation, lodging management, and human resources. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective and a broad skill set that enhances her ability to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Jenny earned her B.S. in Business Management from Millikin University in 2008 and has continued to expand her expertise in real estate. She obtained her Illinois Broker license in 2017 and achieved her Illinois Managing Broker license in 2020, further solidifying her leadership role within the company.
