Jesse Stay’s background is deeply intertwined with the hunting and outdoor lifestyle. Growing up in a hunting lodge operated by his father, Toby Stay, who specialized in trophy deer hunting, Jesse absorbed hunting stories and gained hands-on experience in deer hunting from a young age. He achieved notable success as a deer hunter himself, amassing an impressive collection of trophies. However, his true passion lays in land management and property development, particularly in producing trophy Whitetails.
Founding his own business, “Stay N’ Outdoors,” Jesse stayed busy working with more than 20 landowners overseeing various aspects of cultivating and maintaining mature whitetail bucks. After demonstrating remarkable results, he was exclusively hired by a large acreage landowner to manage and operate his property into a prime location for producing world-class Whitetails.
Today, Jesse still manages one of the finest trophy deer hunting properties in the nation. His experiences are now directed at his role at LandGuys as a broker, where he offers his insights and expertise to assist clients in navigating the Illinois property market, whether for listing, acquiring, developing, or enjoying properties.
