Cauy Scripsick serves buyers and sellers across south central Kansas. Born and raised in Barber County, he grew up working cattle and helping on his family's farm. His agricultural background gives him a practical understanding of farm and ranch properties and the work involved in keeping them productive.
Cauy comes to LandGuys with real estate experience and years spent hunting quail, pheasant, and whitetail deer across Kansas. He understands how rural properties are used for agriculture and recreation, helping buyers find ground that fits their plans and sellers highlight what makes their property valuable. He is also a member of Ducks Unlimited.
Rual land is so unique in many ways and has more opportunities than many people see. A property could have the potential to be a great hunting property, but it may be missing certain aspects that are very important for wildlife habitat whether its water, food sources, or even cover for the wildlife to feel protected. My favorite part is getting the opportunity to work with landowners to point out where food plots or water resources would suit a property to reach the full potential to make an average hunting property into a great hunting property.
