Kim brings a deep-rooted agricultural background to LandGuys, having grown up on her family farm. She earned her Associate Degree in Ag-Business from Lincoln Land Community College, equipping her with the knowledge and experience to support both brokers and clients in the rural land industry.

Since joining LandGuys in 2021, Kim has taken on the role of office manager, where she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She oversees contract reviews, manages administrative assistants, directs daily office functions, coordinates marketing efforts, tracks and maintains promotional inventory, and provides brokers with the resources they need to succeed. Additionally, Kim organizes office events that bring the LandGuys team together and enhance company culture.

Beyond her professional role, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, shopping, and assisting with her spouse’s trucking company.
