About Toby

Toby Stay has been a full-time Land Broker with LandGuys for 14 years. Prior to becoming a broker, he was a professional hunting guide for over 20 years. During this time, he has used his passion for the outdoors and knowledge of the whitetail deer to guide hunters to their trophy of a lifetime. Toby himself is also an accomplished bow hunter and has harvested many trophy animals. As a part of LandGuys, Toby puts his experience and knowledge of assessing and creating productive trophy properties to work for you. Whether you are listing a property or in the market to buy, Toby believes in an honest up front approach to ensure satisfaction with your decision to list or invest in Illinois hunting land.
