Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Land Salesperson to manage the purchase and sale of land properties on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the MissouriIowa real estate jobs land market, zoning regulations, and the nuances of land transactions. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate with clients, assess land value, and negotiate favorable deals. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a portfolio of listings consisting of rural land, recreational properties, hunting land, farms, timberland, and more. Conduct thorough research and analysis of properties, including land valuations, market trends, and comparable sales data. Work with in-house staff to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Actively prospect and network to identify new leads and opportunities for business development. Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying and selling process, from initial consultations to closing transactions and beyond. Collaborate with other LandGuys team members and industry professionals to ensure seamless and successful transactions. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments affecting rural real estate transactions. Represent LandGuys, LLC with professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellence in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate, land sales, sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of rural land markets, property values, and land use regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of sales success and client satisfaction. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Valid real estate license in the state(s) where you will be conducting business, or willingness to obtain licensure. Passion for land, wildlife, and the outdoors.
