Derrick B. is a seasoned land specialist with lifelong ties to Wisconsin’s outdoors. Raised just outside Marshfield, Derrick spent his early years bowhunting, fishing, and helping in the family fabrication business—a foundation that built his strong work ethic and passion for rural living. After earning his degree in Business Administration, Derrick became a partner in the family business, eventually serving as president and helping grow the company into a 50+ employee operation.

Over the years, Derrick has personally developed and managed hundreds of acres of land for hunting and recreation. From food plots and orchards to pond restoration and wildlife conservation, his hands-on experience brings unique insight to every property he represents. He now resides in Trempealeau County, where he continues to improve land, farm hemp through his business DAB Hemp Farm LLC, and spend time outdoors with his wife, daughters, and grandsons.

Derrick is a lifetime member of Whitetails Unlimited and has been actively involved with Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and local sportsman clubs. He has also served on church boards, school committees, zoning boards, and youth mentorship programs—always committed to giving back to his community.
