From a young age, you could find him with his Dad commercial fishing the Mississippi River or pheasant hunting the fields of Iowa. Today, Luke’s passion remains all things hunting and fishing, which only fuels his infatuation with land investment. It allows outdoor enthusiasts to pursue their passion while investing smartly. Luke has a bachelor’s degree in Biology and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing. How long does a property usually take to sell?
The answer to this can vary greatly. It realistically comes right down to putting a price point in place that makes sense with the current market values. Going with a Broker that promises the highest price is not always the best option. A property that is priced correctly and marketed properly can often move rather quickly.
