A comfortable off-grid 14×36 cabin overlooks the beautiful valley and has long distance views. The cabin has one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It is powered by 3kW solar and a 800W wind turbine. A generator can be used when needed. Carry in water for the 30 gallon gravity tank system. The septic is a 2000 gallon holding tank.

Just south of the cabin is a valley crisscrossed by well-worn deer trails. Uphill is the remote ridge top scattered with pockets of thick cover, all easily accessible on well-maintained ridge roads.
