Five well-placed food plots are in key locations, each paired with a box blind or ladder stand positioned for close bow-range shots and undetected access. Rub and scrape posts are set up to draw bucks within range. Recent trail cam activity shows several good deer currently using the property.

Let's walk through a few hunting spots. On the south side is the Powerline Plot, a small staging and cruising plot tight to bedding, with undetected access from the road to the south.

West of that, toward the neighbor's large destination ag fields, is the Pasture Plot, a larger grain sorghum plot with a clover/chicory strip and cove designed around several productive apple trees. A Redneck blind sits where the cove opens into the grain, with access from the valley behind so you never have to walk through the field entering or exiting.

Dead center on the farm is where it all comes together. A natural up-and-over between wooded fingers and a crossing point between two fields. This is the Equipment Shed Plot, a clover/chicory plot where gate gaps funnel deer right past the blind at close range. Access here is just as ideal, letting you slip in and out from behind without alerting deer in the plot or surrounding fields.

Beyond the food plots, the remaining open ground is in row crops. Mature hardwood ridges spread throughout the farm give deer room to disperse for strong holding power. This place hunts big due to the layout, it could easily support a sizable hunting group.

An old farmstead site rounds out the property, complete with power, an existing well, and a completed perc test. It's a great, centrally located spot to build a hunting camp. The farm is just minutes from both Fennimore and Boscobel, with all the amenities you need close by.
