Raised in Northeast Missouri, David Little grew up exploring vast recreational lands, where his love for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors took root early. That passion, paired with a strong work ethic, has carried into his career helping buyers and sellers across Southeast and Central Iowa. Now based in Warren County, David serves as a trusted land specialist with a hands-on, client-first approach.

Before entering real estate in 2018, David worked in the utility sector, specializing in natural gas pipeline repair and construction. He later launched Droptine Custom Plots, a farm management company focused on habitat design and sustainable land practices—an experience that gave him a unique edge in understanding the value and potential of rural properties.

Today, David specializes in recreational land, farmsteads, and ag acreage, guiding clients through seamless transactions from search to closing. He takes pride in offering honest advice, strong communication, and a deep understanding of Iowa’s land and wildlife.

Outside of work, David is a proud member of the Whitetail Freaks Pro Staff Team, an Iowa youth archery coach, and an active member of the Iowa Bowhunter Association and National Wild Turkey Federation. He and his wife, Dakota, are raising their three sons with a shared appreciation for the outdoors, conservation, and rural living.
